Great - thanks for the ideas. Yes - I think I will cover ML estimators partially in the undergraduate course, but will cover it more completely in the graduate course. The GMM estimators will only be covered in the graduate course.

Hi,

Many thanks for your comments - if you have any any other requests for videos let me know. It's my intention to continue with the series, making an all-encompassing lecture course in econometrics.

Thanks,

Ben

Why the rest of variables are similar for male and female?
If there is correlation between those and gender, their estimates would be different two and we can't simply subtract the two equations.  ?

So if I'm getting it right, some errors are captured in the intercept?

Thanks very much. Do you have a plan for making a video on dummy variables more than two categories?  In addition, it would be beneficial to have video on comparison between age-adjustment (continuous variable and dummy variable approach) by multiple regression.

6 years later do you still believe in the gender pay gap?

No need to insert your own political views into the math discussion. Whether there is a wage disparity is a neutral question. Whether there should be is a political and/or philosophical question that is unrelated to math.
