what does the error means sir "failed to install ooklaserver due to host address problem. Tried already to add nameserver2 to 8.8.8.8 but still cannot ping google in ubuntu

Thanks for this guide which helped me a lot but I have a question.. do you need to have a webserver also installed such as apache? I can connect to the ipadress:8080 which works but not sure what else is required apart from this. I have ipv4 and ipv6. Thank you
