Euro Summit Strikes Bailout Deal to Keep Greece in Euro

July 13 -- The European Central Bank will review its liquidity restraints on Greek lenders after euro-area leaders agreed on a national bailout that includes 25 billion euros ($28 billion) to recapitalize the financial system. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras yielded to their austerity demands after almost 17 hours of talks at a euro-area summit in Brussels.
