Mysterious Blockage Cleared - Gushing Sewage Drain Unblocking

We were called out to a client suffering 2 blocked toilets and once lifting the manhole, the inlet from the soil pipe was found to be blocked. It was obstructed with what looks to be a broken clay pipe. What seems to initially be a quick fix, the problem doesn't go away and the client needs a CCTV camera inspection to make sure that nothing is broken.

Client seemed quite excited to see his poop come flowing out. Nice to see his enthusiasm. Cheers!

your communication skills with other human beings is top notch sir. Good stuff, a quality lacking in a lot of people these days, especially in the States.

Looked like it was a broken piece of the back end of an old toilet pan that got dropped down the drain when the pan was being replaced?

Nice when the customer "get's it", drains are important.

I could be totally wrong, but that broken piece looked like a piece of broken spigot from an.old toilet pan outlet. Perhaps the toilet on the other end of that line had been replaced at some point in the past?

yeah its always best to jet the whole line and not just the blockage, before charging the customer to send a camera up a pipe that hasn't cleaned out professionally

Hmm I wonder if the customer had a cat? I had an Aunt who loved to put plants in her bathroom window, which is near her toilet. One day the cat knocked a pot off the window ledge and it fell into the toilet. Otherwise great video. A great way to start the day.

That white porcelain was probably from an old toilet base. When that mucky water kept running, something released for sure. Stack pipe may have been backed up and full. Not sure why you didn't jet it till it ran clear. And the other two pipes as well.
