I noticed at least one bundle with advertised 4000x4000px resolution and 300 dpi so the individual clipart pieces are usable at size of around 13x13 inches. How would you upscale to that size? What upscaler can upscale a 1x1 or 2x2 inch clipart piece to 13x13 inch at 300 dpi?

I've installed upscayl, and it really takes AGES of processing on my computer. Is there a better alternative? I don't remember if you have a video about upscaling....
