2:19 look at those exhaust thrust coming from the back of the PDCs for avoiding any recoil that could affect the ship's moment. Its these kinda lil details that makes this show a masterpiece.

2:05 Pretty cool reference here, if you look at the top of the screen, you see the firing mode is called Death Blossom, very clever reference to the Last Starfighter given how similar the methods of interception are

Look at story detail at 1:19. Only last torpedo's got blue flume, as if it had epstein drive unlike others - which then immediately boosts away from Zmeya disengaging from Rocci.

That torpedo must be the one that contains, sneaked Protomolecule out of Zmeya mentioned in later part of story.

This then can explain why even after knowing Rocci is out of torpedos, Zmeya didn't flip and burned their torpedos to Rocci.

They just maintained torpedos do forward burn giving slow & predictable path, and attacking one by one so Rocci's PDC can take out with ease. This also kept Rocci's attention, buying more time to that one torpedo with protomolecule.

By keeping Rocci alive to tell tales that Zmeya exploded with protomolecule, Zmeya did perfect job sneaking out protomolecule via torpedoes & tricking opponents for believe that the Protomolecule's goner.

Here's a little detail: The last torpedo released from the zmeya had blue exhaust

It's the little things that make this show great - like the fact the ‎Rocinante cuts it drive before the PDC's get in range to give them that little bit longer to engage the incoming missiles.

A small detail at 2:03. The torpedoes are lining up to attack one by one, like failed henchmen in an action movie :) In real life naval combat, missiles are fired in salvos and timed to hit at the same time, in an attempt to overwhelm the PDCs and intercept missiles of the ship under attack. Perhaps a small detail in an otherwise brilliant and realistic scenario...

Alex is the best Roci pilot, hands down, but ya gotta give credit to Carlos De Baca. Dude was on point when it came to defending the ship & crew.

I always imagined the PDCs using a much heavier caliber, at least 40 or 75 mm
