I love every single thing about this car but the media screen. I’ve owned a Mazda, and I loved them because they never gave up on practical small screens and physical buttons. Maybe the fact that that’s an EV changes things, but it’s still ugly. The rest of the car is brutal

What do all modern car models have in common? They suffer from the "four-person car" syndrome. The rear middle seat is often more of an armrest than a functional seat. But why? Why isn't the middle seat designed to be a comfortable and practical option? This logic needs to change. The prevalence of armrests with cup holders in the middle seat is questionable—how often are they even used?

Could we at least make the rear seat armrest with cup holders an optional extra? Those who want it can opt for it, while those who genuinely need a five-seat car can have a fully functional middle seat. I believe not many would choose the armrest option, and those looking for a true five-seater would be much happier.
