Never forget what they took from us. I really thought we were gonna fight Infinite as Super Sonic. It could've been a "Phantom Ruby vs Chaos Emeralds" kind of thing, where the Phantom Ruby's power could be countered by the Emeralds

Honestly, this couldve been the final fight in Sonic Forces.
Infinite corrupts reality to make it an illusion for his own world, and Sonic uses the chaos emeralds to go super to defeat him to fix the reality.

It sounds like the two songs aren't integrated together properly, that there's a bit of a music clash between the two.

And that's perfect, given Infinite's whole theme of virtual reality and illusions, it's the truth cracking through and threatening to destroy the illusion contained within.

Find Your Flame legit had me thinking Infinite was gonna be a part of the story, I was a little disappointed by the finale but not because it didn't have Infinite, it just felt rushed and kinda weird they would make the final boss the hacker mini game instead of ending it in another epic boss fight
