Can you please talk about Finacing and what Loan Products Casey is using or does he recommend. For example does he use Fannie Mae or just a regional bank does he use a Mortgage Broker. What loan terms does he use and why for example Interest only, 30 year Fixed Etc etc... Thanks keep up the good work I currently own 3 duplexes 1 four plex and I’m looking at buying a 16 plex and want to get the right loan product

Great video. Shout out to Kasey as well!
My questions are below:

How do you go from owing an investment townhouse to a multi-unit building? Any tips?

Also, in terms of financing, how do you overcome the debt ratios (as a small time "investor" who has my own personal home on mortgage and my 1 townhouse on mortgage)? I feel like I have capped out the mortgage I am eligible for, despite getting rent from my unit, and expecting rent from the future units as well.
