i had a new kitchen installed with all Samet soft close drawers - 1 year later none of the drawers close.. This system only works smoothly for a short time. I contacted the New Zealand support office and they would not help me. I then contact the resellers in Australia and they did not return my calls or emails. Terrible company and terrible product - Do yourself a favour and use another system!
