I found this channel as I had an old Championship Manager itch I needed scratching. Thought I'd only watch a video or two, but after a couple of weeks binging content, I love both of your dynamics.

My dad fucked off when I was 5 and I never really had a relationship with him. But to see how close you two are, sharing your love of football together, bonding over it etc never fails to make me smile. Omega Dad seems like such a lovely bloke. There's a little trick you can do that can help you sell players. I'll try and explain it step by step.

Pick a player you want to sell. If there's already interest, set their value to what you want for them and ask agent. 9 times out of 10 the offer that comes in will be around £8m less than what you want. So if someone is valued between 20-30 mil, I'd set the asking price to 38 mil.

Now if someone isn't wanted, it's a little more tricky. Firstly, set their squad status to surplus to requirements. Then transfer list, then offer out. Do this TWICE. On the second time, if no bids come in, ask them to talk to clubs. Most times they agree. Once they agree, again set their value to what you think is fair and hire intermediary and CANCEL. This then drums up interest and after that speak to agent and the offers should flow.

It doesn't work for everyone, some players just won't budge but it does work for most and definitely worth it if you need as much money as possible.
