TITAN Reset - Why it affects YOU and the MMO Market

Probably just inject more money into the game to keep it afloat. A game can still turn a profit even with a really small player base. Everquest is over 15 years old now and has a pretty small player base, and they still manage to make money. They make enough money off of the expansion pack sales alone to cover their overhead expenses, then the subscriptions are just all profit.

I think BC was probably the golden era for WoW, yeah, but Wrath and even Cata had a pretty competitive raid scene going for them, Wrath more so than Cata of course. Wrath had some nice content, Cata, not so much imo. MoP appeared to be doing great, but despite that, subscription numbers are still at a new low.

There should be an MMO where players control kittens and the leveling system is that your cat becomes wiser. Like, one level you don't know that the door is a glass door, while the next level you are smart enough to not run into the glass door. Call it World of Kittencraft....oh and there will be a cat speak chat filter that is not able to be turned off.
