How to User Account Picture on Windows 10: This video guide you to delete user profile picture and restore default.

Open Windows File Explorer
1. On the View Tab, check the 'Hidden Items' Box
2. Your old Account Pictures are stored at this location (replace username with your login name):
👉C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures
👉C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures

The Default Account Pictures are stored here:
👉C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
