is it possible to create a game with different stats, like defense damage reduction% with diminishing in returns, crit chance, crit damage, attack speed with diminishing in returns, hp regen% and those?

awesome video, but i cant seem to figure out how to damage npcs.. i have putted hostile npcs in my world and when i try to attack them with a sword i made it doesn't seem to do anything to their health, do you know have a video or know about this specific problem..? thanks!

i downloaded the game maker but it never starts
it got freezed on a screen that says "cheking assets files"
I've been trying to log in for almost 3 hours now and it won't do it.
can i do something to fix that?
