I do add berries to my 13 yr. old's keto diet plan. For me...nope...in my 50's ...I won't lose weight eating them. But that's the thing I miss ...is fruit! I LOVE fruit.

Great advice! Intermittent Fasting made the difference for me. Nothing really budged unlike I did IF!

I just jumped in and have been watching Dr for two weeks and I have started some small changes! Week before starting I ate potatoes and literally almost zero symptoms which I have had so many bad symptoms for a long time. Also banana and dried papaya, got a diva cup, cleaning toxins out the house and using microfiber clothes. Cycle only lasted four days! Since having a baby I have been so concerned and not feeling right, and finding this information is an actual miracle since I've never been a podcast listener or youtuber before. My mom said to me 'oh it's your progesterone, watch this lady's and I'm so grateful for women who are helping like this! I'm still nursing an 18 month old so I can't heavy metal detox or change up too much but I'm totally in for life and so will my child. Just watched you and Dr. Zach and I will hopefully be having Roundup banned too, Lord willing. Thanks for your lead!

Great video! This makes sense. My question is the other 5 days, should i try to keep carbs under 50? Around 20 grams or less? I don't really need to lose just maintain and be in ketosis.

Boy do I NEED YOU! I'm 57, already menopause, and OVERWEIGHT! I have been trying diets for years with NO LUCK! I have been doing research on intermittent fasting and have now come across keto too! Do I do BOTH? What is a safe window to eat in? Does it have to be 8? Thank you so much for your information and knowledge, cant wait to watch (binge) your videos

Can you please do more information on women who are not even near menopause yet? I get that most of your channel is directed to perimenopausal and menopausal women, but younger women like me also would like to know more, especially how to balance our hormones if we want to get pregnant, etc

How much fruit? I want to build my hormones but I’m fairly insulin resistant so am not sure where the balance is?

Very active in the summer with road biking. Riding 80-100 miles a week. Been hard to balance my needs with Ketobiotic ect. Any thoughts ideas. Also peri menopause. Just got my period reg a few months ago thanks to your Ketobiotic

Helpfull video like always, thanks. My question: I heard that after training session(especially HIIT), it is recommended to have some fructose and protein. What do you recommend with regular high intensity sports sessions (amount, timing...etc) ? Thanks
