About Host:
Adam “Sos” Sosnick has lived a true rags to riches story. He hasn’t always been an authority on money. In fact, he was quite the opposite... Before hitting it big in finance in his thirties, he worked every job under the sun. He was a radio advertising salesman for Clear Channel, a party promoter, a hotel manager, a substitute teacher, a sports agent, and he even did standup comedy. While this life had a lot of perks, the reality was that he was making NO money.

In 2006, eager to start making serious money, Sos got an entry-level job at a financial firm as a cold-caller. After a few years of putting his nose to the grindstone and learning the ropes of the finance trade, Sos got promoted to VP of Sales and began to rack in serious money. Despite the financial world around him crumbling in the 2008 Great Recession and people going from making millions to losing their jobs overnight, Sos’s net worth skyrocketed. Seeing what was happening around him led him to recognize the SAVE THAT MONEY mantra.

Sos started a new project to wake young people up when it comes to money. He incorporated his high profile friends and influential financial connections to show that spending money is not that cool, and it’s all about #SaveThatMoney. And then what do you do with that money? You save to invest. Invest in appreciating assets, yourself, and helping people around you.

The gal on the right is delusional. She takes the facts too personally & can't imagine a world outside her own.

This woman in the black is what all these clips are about. She epitomizes all of this guy's examples --all the way down to her being in denial about it

The hysterical laughing is the TELL she knows its over for her. Women know that they peak in the early 20's. AND men know we have to build ourselves up to even have a peak SMV

She's definitely 45.
She can be all "I don't want kids. I don't need a man, " all she wants.
But what makes her think a [good looking] man with money wants a monogamous relationship with a woman whose not going to give him kids? I mean, not even adopt??
Absolutely ZERO point in giving up the freedom of your bachelorhood for an old maid.

Main-stream Media, never felt an amount of pain they deserve for what they've done into our society

As a woman who just turned 28, is going thru a breakup with a person I would have liked to have children with, and who actually wants a traditional family - I cannot relate to ol’ lady in black. I understand what the younger woman is saying. I feel as though I’m getting older and I expected to be a mother by this age and it’s a sad feeling. Been thinking about it a lot lately.

The 45 not having kids eliminated a weak link in human genetics. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Objectively speaking most women really do think they are no longer worthy of having kinds once they start to creep up on those 30s. With guys, we really can just plug and play all day and be cool no matter if 20's-50 meaning if you never got laid younger, you will absolutely have your shot because you haven't peaked yet. Now the question is, is this a societal thing that for centuries we value women like that where as they get older it just gets more difficult to have kids? Or is it because they really are thinking on the plane of thought that they think guys won't go for an older woman? Because we will as long as they are hot and don't give us headaches.

She's laughing on the outside but we know she's crying on the inside.

I would say : women peak in their 21's to 28's. Past 30 however, any additional year means significantly noticeable depreciation (they can prevent weight gains if they do exercise, but won't contain the inevitable loss of skin volume and hair density).

The woman on the right is seething with insecurity, it's hard to watch. She serves as a great example to other women out there who think they want to be like her. She achieved the "success" she wanted and now will spend the rest of her life coping. What a miserable and shallow existence.

I think there is cope on either side. Rollo is of course correct, late 20s and especially older 30s women just turn most men off IF they CAN date lower 20s.

On the other hand, that doesn't mean men can get easy dates, men are disposable

No respectable man wants a woman who is another man, I agree 1000% with Rollo and Im 24

Lol reminds of this saying I heard, no guy has ever looked at a girl said "damn you know what would make her hotter? A phd."

Men may like women in their early 20s but it really doesn't matter because most of those women are not ready or willing to get married or have kids at that age.

He said peak sexual market value. She initially laughed because she's confusing worth as a person vs what a single, healthy, and financially independent man wants in the bedroom.

All this talk about a woman's peak being at early 20s yet the vast majority of women today are only getting married and having kids in their late 20s to early 30s, and the trend seems to be more and more to the early 30s, especially for having kids.

What if the rules of old don't apply to women anymore?
