I love the fact that they used a red tube instead of the clear one. When you're in a very lit up room or outside during the day and you have the clear tube then the lights don't show up at all or very slightly. With a red tube the lights still don't show up, but at least it's not all just white, and it'll actually look like a lightsaber for the most part. The colored tubes are way better than the clear ones.

The details are perfect, you probably didn't recognize them as accurate because the most common Darth Vader's lightsaber design is the one from Star Wars: A New Hope, while this, like Rey's lightsaber, is from Revenge of the Sith.

Strange that the 2in1 hilt is based on the ANH design, whereas the Disney Store one is based on RotS.

Yeah I like the rubber to this saber. I touched it at the store. I noted they gave it a prequelisk look. I do like the sounds on it. They are totally lifted from Empire. So for this saber it makes sence. What I don't like is how Disney gave yoda's the same hits and swings. The Yoda 1 should hit and swing a bit more like the ultimate ones. Which have the manlie man swings from the prequels and the epic prequel hits. Also the font doesn't work for Rey's only because even though the box says it's the saber as Rey used it, not so. the handle is totally the Revenge of the Sith handle. So yeah the 1980 hits and swings don't sute it. The on and off sounds are okay, as is the idel pur.

I have been trying to modify my Disney Kylo Ren lightsaber, I heard you say you could take it apart I've been trying to modify mine and I have been struggling to take it fully apart. Do you know how to do it?
