obs: X não é pronome, pronome neutro é com u ou e, além de que pronome neutro é utilizado apenas com pessoas não-binárias, não use esse pronome com alguém que você não sabe o gênero. O certo do vídeo seria "Seja bem vindos" pq no português quando você se refere a várias pessoas vc usa o masculino ou então o "Seja bem vindo (a/e)"
