We actually need it. It’s like a pie chart.. everything is there: family, friends, job, God, alone time, etc etc.. if any one slice is missing everything is thrown off. Balance is most crucial. My therapist wayyy back told me to put a red X in a certain amount of time slots on my weekly calendar and don’t let anything happen to change it. Best suggestion ever. I may write thank you cards, do some silly drawing or painting a little picture or take a long walk or a long bath or simply mess with my hair or whatever.. once we get used to it we realize we want more time to ourselves. It becomes easier and we can reflect on our week and what we want to do next. Take some time ❤

You can't control other people's emotions. The biggest problem is they're trying to control others instead of controlling themselves. When everyone controls themselves things are good.

Nah my mad issues is out the door im a adult I start to talk things out keep a steady and clear conscious like that and sray true to yourself
