It is so hard for guys to pull this song off; the song deserves to be sang in a higher register, but you make this work so well for your style without compromising the integrity of the song. The best male version I have heard of this song... actually it is the only male version worthy of me pushing the like button. You did this number really well. I listened to it more than once - THAT is a feat with this song, because I am picky. <3
It is strange how some artists can make a song sound as if it can stand on its own separate from the original yet pay it the homage it deserves and protect the personal memories of its listeners; that is perhaps the hardest aspect of performing covers, but flawlessly executed here.
