What i would like for more items:
Reflector Lights: Person who has this will reflect damage back to the one who shoots at you.
Metronome: Resets the shotgun magazine and starts a new round.
Butterfly Needle and Vial: Stab yourself and administer blood, losing one charge, then give your blood to the dealer where he gives you a blank or live round.
Shears: Cuts the stock of the shotgun so you can only shoot yourself
