It still amazes me how many of these CEOs want to be a part of this DEI "trend" even when it is SUPER clear that it will materially harm their bottom line. It also shows you how naive the employees are when these moves are a serious and direct threat to them keeping their jobs. The C-Suite isn't going to layoff themselves.
