A very interesting razor indeed! I experienced blade feel, but excellent comfort at the same time. I can see why many wet shavers are very high on this razor and I'm glad I took the plunge.

Razor: Karve Shaving Co. "Christopher Bradley" Razor w/ Guard B
Blade: Polsiver Stainless (New Old Stock)
Brush: RazorRock BC Silvertip synthetic 24mm

Man I love my Karve! Glad to see how you went for the first boom with it! I think you will absolutely love the C plate! Amazing every day shaver on the C plate! I’m looking forward to shaving with the D!

I've been eyeing this razor. But, Douglas Smyth is coming out with a twist adjustable razor which is what I've been waiting on!

Hi Ken, this is Jill Snoddon. Well, I finally did it and created my YouTube Channel and uploaded my first video. In fact, I used my Karve razor in it. Hope you'll come take a look. I've enjoyed your videos.

Chris just mentioned you finally got your Karve in. i'm also a B plate guy. i wouldn't mind trying a C plate though. i'm not an every day shaver, i'm more of an every 2 day shaver and 2 passes with some buffing in spots. so i prefer bigger blade gaps and efficiency, rather than mild razors and more passes. still like smoothness though. aggression can be harsh with some razors. this razor though i find is quite smooth despite bigger blade gaps, so i really enjoy it. very well engineered razor head geometry.

That the Cris Maden model, he's done all the advertising. 😜

Great shave Ken. There will be a bigger difference (blade feel) between the B & C plates than between the A & B plates...if that makes any sense. The C plate I think you'll really like. Knew you'd like the razor, the more you use it, the more you'll like it. Yes, you're right on concerning "gap", very subjective.. Soap still worked great even if showing some age. I like coconut too... Nice finish also. Enjoy!

Hey bud. So it's been about a year since you did this video. Here's my question for you. I got the Karve SS with both C plates, both D plates and. SB E plate. Most of the razors I use fall under the .84 to .95 and I find that all the plates I have with Karve feel harsh to my face. I'm looking at the OC B once he has it back in stock but I'm just wondering if you notice a different feel between the Karve razors from all your other ones? IDK why I'm having such issue with those plates I already own, especially the C plate.

To your nose, does St Bart’s smell close to Creed Virgin Island Water? Not sure if you use the real deal EDP from creed but just wondering what your thoughts are on the comparison to St Bart’s and VIW 😀

Local Gent or specifically Jennifer Phillips did a whiny ass post about closing! Do they think Wet Shavers owe them a living?

I was hating on the Karve for a minute... I guess because everyone was getting one and doing videos with them... but they do seem like really nice shavers.
Good job, Ken! Oh, and that brush looks really nice as well. See you on the next one 👍🏻😉

The C plate is where most enter shaving Valhalla, but the F plate can make you Thor. 👅
