She hated those stair rugs so she ripped them apart to create something truly amazing.
After carefully removing all the layers, including cushioning and slats.
She swept the dust away with a broom and glued brand new marble vinyl tiles.
A couple more steps left…
Covering the holes…
Attaching lights…
Now, this is before and this is after, but we saved the best for the last.
And now, did you notice who did the remodeling and who did just modeling?

It is beautiful.
I am not a fan of carpeted stairs, but they are so much safer if you fall down or even just on the stairs.

Fabulous. I’m fed up with so much carpeting plus the carpeting is not as robust as years ago. They say it’s for much family traffic but it IS not! She’s done a great job. It’s looks palatial and bright (easier to keep clean and fresh) bravo 👏 ❤
