I am an electrochemist, in "Best Way To Charge" section, charging with low watt charger does not improve the health, rather it destroy it, the best way to charge the battery is to charge with optimized charger.

Nice video.. helpful tips, for me first thing I'd try out once I get my hands on one is the adjustment of depth in photos
Apple did a great job giving us control on how much blur we want and focus point after taken a photo.

How about charging it on the magsafe dock every night? Do you also recommend 5/10W adapter for this?
