Things are different & yes many college grads start their first job post college/several internships making 100K. It’s not impossible & is very common for the area. What I hate about these videos are the negative comments stating that others are lying or have aspirations too high. Just because you don’t believe that it’s possible or you can’t imagine it for yourself doesn’t make it any less real.

Idk if they’re thinking the same way as I am when someone asks what do you expect to make when you graduate. I’m not thinking long term down the road. They can all reach their goals for sure but straight out of college especially with some of those majors is not a lot. It’s already hard as it is for graduates to get a job period

I live in SoCal I’m San Bernardino county, San Bernardino county is hiring Social Workers straight out of university with only a degree related to Social Work needed, but the starting pay is 42k a year as a “Social Worker I” obviously level II does pay about 50k a year but yup those 100k dreams aren’t reality

Im a social worker making over 120k in private practice, I’d say most social workers I know in PP make about the same if not more, whoever says it’s not possible is lying!
