3lb chicken diced
6 small/ med yellow potatoes
1 med onion
1lb mushrooms
2 tbsp flour
4 oz cheese block - shred
1 1/2 cups half and half or like I used half equal amounts of heavy cream and milk.
salt pepper for taste
