I think the Wikipedia official should take these things seriously and start to do something with Chinese editors who are "douted" to be ordered by the Communist party.

Israel's already been doing this for years.

Is there a source where you can get this two documents, mentioned in 2:04 ? I‘m really interested in reading them in original to see what they are planning

Not sure where “the Anglo-Saxon world” Shirley Ze Yu mentions is; I've certainly never in my life known of a single country that could be described as “Anglo-Saxon”. But what's of more concern is her apparent implication that China's mass infiltration of sites like Wikipedia is really justified because, “China owes the world a Chinese story told from a Chinese perspective”, and that, “this is a responsibility”. If what she means by “China” is the Chinese Communist Party, then she means a story told from a CCP perspective, and as the CCP is merely a large body of unelected officials, that story would be no more valid than any other story told by any other similar number of Chinese citizens. But even if it were an elected, representative (up to a point) body of officials, would such tactics be legitimate? Would the United States be justified sending thousands of spies to surruptiously break into the Baidu Encyclopedia (Baidu Baike), and change the narrative there because Washington doesn't judge the present narrative to be fair to the USA? I challenge Shirley Ze Yu to state clearly whether she supports the notion that the CCP manipulating the content of overseas websites to suit its narrow views is justified or not?

You don't even have to hack the Wiki, anyone can edit anything on the wiki and this is only one reason why I take whatever the Wiki claims with a grain of salt.

So obviously bbc click don't understand what a "hack" is because what it Isant is editing a website that is free to edit to anyone 🙈
