Anxiety is not something you can control, people have to understand that and not put pressure/humiliate them for that ❤️

As an INTOVERT I can understand that how anxiety disorders affects people's daily life, there are some times when I don't feel like talking to anyone I think everyone and everything hates me but those with anxiety experience these things on a very extreme level and that too on daily basis so much love and power to u and u are amazing the way u r, don't worry u got this stay strong and beautiful guys.🤗❤️☺️

this one hit me very hard. i've been struggling with anxiety since i was 12, and school was hell. people always picked on me for being quiet, they called me mute. even one of my teachers would humiliate me in front of the class, one time i went to the bathroom and just cried. i had no friends, i felt so alone, suicidal several times. i would eat my lunch in the bathroom because i was too scared to sit with anyone because i thought they all hated me and wanted me to go away. my anxiety used to be so bad i couldn't even order my own food at a restaurant, my family would get annoyed at me for asking them to order for me. used to stay up all night because i couldn't stop thinking. still sometimes do. the worst part about anxiety is how a lot of society doesn't understand it. you really feel alone and like the world is against you. i hope people grasp an understanding of not only this but all mental obstacles. because it's really hard.

I love the fact that her classmates were supportive and understanding . Young people learning to be their for each other is a great lesson

Coming from someone with bad anxiety, this is extremely accurate, the fidgeting, the fear, the social anxiety, not wanting to go outside, not wanting to eat at restaurants, etc. And nobody understands, yet everybody blames it on the generation. Sure, it’s a tiny bit exaggerated, but it’s still pretty close. I really like this video because I believe it brings a lot of awareness towards anxiety. If there’s ever anybody with anxiety, please be nice to them. Remember, it’s not the generation. There was never this much awareness back then, it still existed.

The dad is such a mood. Like most parents these days. "It's a phase." Yeah, some kids are in phases, but some of them are actually NOT and require medical attention.

I have anxiety myself, and honestly, it's not easy to control. Anxiety is something that everyone needs to understand because it's not something to be mad about, or to put a lot of pressure against somebody, it's something that we need to just need to make things calmer. People also need to understand that Anxiety is not something to make fun of, or joke around because like I said, Anxiety is something we cannot control.

I don't have anxiety, but I know how she feels.
Sometimes it feels like everyone is staring and judging, but no one is.

Now THATS how you trigger someones anxiety.

I suffer from anxiety and sometimes to the fact i have anxiety attacks. I do have some stuff to help me calm down (Breathing, calming music and lavender). And truth to be told its not really easy to talk about this with parents, they just... dont understand. It's easier to talk with a therapist or some close friends who may understand how you feel. Luckily i have my boyfriend who always hugs me when i get anxiety attack. I really appreciate him by my side.
THe first anxiety attack was the worst. I thought like i am dying, i was shaking hard and i felt sick. I drank a lot of water and it went away after a while. After that when i got anxiety attack, i repeat to myself "dont worry, you are okay, its just an anxiety attack" and its easier for me to calm down
