for anyone who's wondering: this isnt minecraft but an animation made on some animating software like blender, observe closely the same pattern in the grass and the vibrant colors minecraft doesn't have. another observation is the particles the "unrealistic" block makes, in actual minecraft there are many more particles. and most importantly, those videos can take hours to render due to their complex realism sometimes, especially the realistic water ones

They should add more particles to glass and make it a bit more explosive when you break it. It can’t be realistic like shown in this animation, but a few extra particles wouldn’t hurt.

I really enjoy the sound design of these videos, I hardly see anyone talking about it! The shattering sound the glass makes and the subtle tinkling as each piece falls adds so much to these videos! Keep up the great work!

when he breaks the glass, you can see for a split second the pc turn from a well ventilated computer to committing suicide rendering all of the glass shards.

Block of glass looks like block of ice... I like that. I can't really imagine how much work, time and talent it takes to make it and render(render takes only time). Oh, I forgot about the computer characteristics: much memory, fast and powers videocard and many many more... Expensive and hard.

Only thing needed now is to have the glass shards damage you if you walk over them, unless you’re wearing boots.

The way this works is documented in another video very well, but here’s the short version, they record gameplay, export the footage and remake it in 3D softwares such as Blender and add in the realistic blocks and objects in Blender
