Watching this even though I work at a cell phone store and both sell and own this phone... I woke up this morning, and when I grabbed my phone, it was letting me select the language with the buttons on the side and had clearly just done a reset while I was asleep. I blame myself, I left the phone in a precarious position, it fell into a bag that had other things in it and SOMEHOW reset it's own self.

My wifes phone is stuck in the hard reset screen. She don't know how she got there. She said she was on FB and the phone just shut off, so she turned it back on and it was automatically in the hard reset page and I can't get it out of that mode so she doesn't lose all her pics. I hope you can help

Mine is asking for a password and I never set one.. says that my phone restarted and requires a password I just bought this yesterday and I never set a password...

I got this phone for my kids from another person who forgot their pin, I did the reset but it asks for the pin or google account. I have neither how can I fix this? No I do not have access to the other person sadly

Nord has got to be one of the cheapest garbage phones i've had in recent memory. Such cheap junk.
