Desktop computers especially, but even tablets and laptops, are extremely inconvenient to service. Trying to disconnect everything from a desktop computer, bring it for servicing, get overcharged for what seems like very little work, then having to figure out where it all goes after you get home can be quite daunting. With Ngage we cut out all of the excess. As long as you have Internet access, we can take a look at your PC.
Typical issues that we handle are:
• Virus/Spyware/Malware/Trojan/Root kit removal
• Application installation
• Microsoft Office product support
• Various email provider support
• Consulting services for the everyday user
• And much, much more!
Using remote desktop software on-demand we only have access when you say its ok and, when you're ready for us to not have access to your computer, you just close the software. By doing this we mitigate overhead, we cut down on both your time and the time it would take for a technician to arrive, and we cut out excess infrastructure. Maximizing efficiency this way reduces the price point significantly; we're extending those savings to you!
By choosing Ngage you're making the right choice. Save time, save money and save all those precious files and memories. Ngage is here for you!

0:10 Hello everyone and welcome to Ngage Tech Tips. This is Kyle. Today we're going to be going over how to find your Outlook PST files and move them elsewhere. First thing we're going to do is come down here to our Outlook. Open it up. Now if you can't open Outlook you may actually have to go through file explorer and find this and you'll see the extension here in just a second.
0:33 What you do is come over here to file, account settings, account settings again, data files, open file location. Now as you can see here we actually have the full path to get down here to this file. Now if you cannot get Outlook open you can actually go find this path and move your Outlook file if needed. Now that gets us to the Outlook File should we need it for any reason.
1:00 But lets say we don't want to have it on our C:\ drive in this APPDATA. Now in order to change that we actually have to make some quick changes to the Registry. So lets close all this out. Lets come down here to REGEDIT. Now we're going to come down to Current User, Software, Microsoft Office, Office 2016, Outlook. Now that we have Outlook highlighted, what we're going to do is New, Expandable String Value, and we need to do ForcePSTPath. Ok, and modify.
2:00 Now the data for this lets say we just want to have it on our D:\drive. We'd simply right here D:\ and we'll put it in a folder called Outlook. Ok so that would actually change where our PST file goes. Now it's a good idea if you're doing one to go ahead and do the other as well. So what we're going to do is same thing, once again, New, Expandable String Value, this one is going to be ForceOSTPath.
2:28 So that we have both our PST and our OST in the same location. It's just good practice and makes things much easier if you go to look for these. And that's it, simply make these changes and next time you open up outlook it will populate over to this location.
