I've definitely been happy with my Crux, even sold all other geared bikes.

I've just picked up the same bike today, replaced black and white (2022) from for the grey silver UDH frame. Gone with eagle GX rear derailleur and 10 52 (I think) cassette with one by 46 at the front, all sram force.
First ride tomorrow!

Geometry makes a race or an endurance bike, especially the stack to reach ratio (stack divided by reach). For a size 56, anything above 1.50 is endurance, anything below 1.45 is race. Your Enve Fray was an endurance frame with a 1.51 STR, the Crux frame has a racier STR. If you want to go fast, look for the right geometry above anything else.
