I have a client who wants to sell me her triplex, I want it for Airbnb and possibly live in 1 if allowed. I own a condo with equity, took forbearance and owe 20k for it. Bad on regular payments for 4 months . I don’t have much down payment nor know how I can qualify. I like this strategy but don’t know how to find this “rich grandma 👵🏼 “ I know a group that does hard money but want to know what options I have. Any pointers will help. Thanks so much!
