Network Slicing (NS) has revolutionized resource sharing in next-generation networks, including 5G/6G, vehicular networks, and industrial IoT. Despite substantial advancements, current architectures lack intelligent, intrinsic security mechanisms. This paper introduces a novel security-native architecture empowered by federated learning, designed to enhance NS solutions. By deploying intelligent microservices as federated agents, our approach integrates machine learning to ensure both intra-slice and operational security within the Slicing Future Internet Infrastructures (SFI2) framework. Federated learning aligns seamlessly with distributed, microservice-based architectures, offering scalability for security and service integration. Our architecture demonstrates exceptional effectiveness in detecting Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) and intrusion attacks, achieving an impressive 95.60% accuracy for the network slicing environment and 99.99% for intra-slice security. This innovation paves the way for resilient, intelligent NS platforms and sets a new standard in secure network slicing designs.
