President Biden was being “polite” when he appeared to wander off at the G7 summit on Thursday night, Rishi Sunak has said.

The US president seemed distracted during a photocall with other leaders, with Giorgia Meloni, the Italian prime minister, intervening to guide him back to the group.

The guy is old and is clearly showing it. The Alzheimer/Dementia—whatever you wanna call it—is showing. He definitely has a medical condition, and all political views aside, he shouldn't be holding a position that involves making decisions that could affect people's lives and, of course, a country.
It's actually sad; it's like seeing your grandfather deteriorating before your eyes.
