C++ tutorial on defining and creating a library, namespaces, and makefiles

I did this video as part of a C++ workshop at LowellMakes. An often asked question concerns the deprecated function gets. gets_s is the official replacement, but has not been implemented. We needed to implement our own gets_s like function, and I used this as an opportunity to create a tutorial.
