Rebel Foods gets $50 million more from US hedge fund Coatue Management

Cloud kitchen operator Rebel Foods has raised $50 million in a fresh funding round from existing investor, US-based hedge fund Coatue Management. According to the filings, they will invest Rs 3 crore in Bengaluru-based home chef platform FoodyBuddy. The company operates over 2,100 internet restaurants and with 300 cloud kitchens across three countries. Reportedly, the revenue has doubled to Rs 310.37 crore in the financial year 2019.
