"Days in the Sun" is a song from the 2017 remake of Beauty and the Beast. It is performed when the castle objects and Belle go to sleep, and everybody has a flashback of what life for them used to be when they were human. It is a combination of a lullaby and a remembrance of happier days for everybody and for the prince from when his mother died when he was young.

I really love hearing the queen and then Beast's solo in this version; I kinda wish they'd kept it that way! The only thing I'd have changed from this version is that I prefer Belle's line "I can feel a change in me, I'm stronger now but still not free" from the final version to the line she says here.

I wonder if I can make my own version of days in the Sun! (Angel of night, with nocturnal creatures in sight, let the moon shine silver and bright, guide me to the distance!) Let's just say that I was inspired by phantom of the Opera when Christine was talkin about the Angel of Music but I've always wonder if there was an angel of the night with every creature that are nocturnal types including felines there are nocturnal too anyway I was hoping that the night angel would guide me to a place where I can make my dreams come true somewhere across the distance at night wouldn't that be wonderful¿
