President Ilham Aliyev reviewed ongoing preparations for COP29 at Olympic Stadium
On October 17, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inspected the ongoing preparations for COP29 at the Baku Olympic Stadium.
Assistant to the President Anar Alakbarov briefed the head of state on the current status of preparations for the COP29 venue.
The construction and installation work at the venue is nearing completion, with plans to hand over the site to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) by the designated date, reflecting the rapid progress of the preparations.
