Bro on Samsung you don't need to reach the top of your screen to scroll back at the beginning like iphone dose, if you are scrolling on Samsung you will see a small arrow that appears in the middle bottom of your screen, if you tap it you will automatically scroll back to the top.

Go to your settings and set your screen not to turn off as far as you are actively using it.

There is already flip you phone to mute calls and mini quick panel on Samsung.
