If running the house on it. You can use the heat wasted to hear the house, and water, . And can heat the pool at the same time 🥰

My comment is, "won't this run a bit slower as to longer life" if you run this straight off the flywheels? Of course it would have more slip not being in a v-belt groove for worse fuel economy. By the way, how much fuel per hr does it use now. How hot is the water? Would a radiator and fan help cool?

i have one that i am starting to renovate, not restore as it is fully working on my farm in Portugal, it is 90 yrs old and has been here nearly all this time. i got a channel where we have some videos of us starting to prepare to fix it, the cast iron water pump it runs got broken by a falling tree so have just welded that back together and will be changing the setup/ belt connection to my lister.
yours sounds very quiet and i have the same exhausts as yours, have yours got packing in the muffler pots?
