Seeing this live was mind blowing.I was in awe the entire time.So was everyone else I could see.Jaws were on the floor.I was also directly in front of Fabienne while she was singing.

This is based on the Irish Gaelic song

An Raibh Tú Ag an gCarraig - Were You at the Rock?

Were you at the rock?
Or did you see my love?
Or did you see the brightness
Or the beauty of the woman?
Or did you see the finest apple
That came from the healthiest flower?
Did you see my valentine?
Is she being persecuted as they say?

It has been modified into a paean to the bear goddess Artio, protector of nature.

There is no doubt that Fabienne Erni’s amazing voice gives the Gaulish version its strong edge!

I love how they just put an instrumental version of a famous swiss folk song at the end (the last minute of the track)

Thank you for uploading this. I was wondering what she was saying the entire song. It sounded great even though I didn't understand before.

Reminds me of white sage burning at the beginning of spring.

Im curious? Did she learn Gaelic just to sing for Eluveitie or had she known it beforehand? The song is goosebump worthy!
