Ping i210 vs Ping i200

Ping i210 vs Ping i200 - in 2018 Ping have launched new sets of irons. The i210 and the i500. The i210 irons have replaced the Ping i200 Irons. They look very similar, but offer small changes under the hood. How To the Ping i210 Irons compare to the Ping i200 Irons. I put them head to head with launch monitor data.

Really like your reviews. You and Alex Etches(GolfBox reviews), with your power swings, are so much fun to watch. I've got the Ping I200's and like them a lot. I guess I was sort of fitted for them, if a few swings indoors with a not so grooved swing could be considered a fitting. Your side by side review left me thinking that I"ll wait for an outdoor Demo day to do my own comparison.

Just went through a fitting at Champion Golf Fitters. Tried several shafts, the started working on club heads. The usual Calloway and Taylormade suspects, then the fitter brought in the Ping i500, i210, Titleist 718 AP1. For me the best distance, best trajectory, best spin rate all came with the i210. The better distance seems counterintuitive since it has a weaker loft than just about every other club head I tried, yet there it was. And the feeling, even on mishits was so much better than anything else. Only the Titleist AP1 came close.

I’m not in the market for new irons at all but still absolutely love honest head to head comparisons like these. Definitely gives great perspective, cuts through the marketing fluff, and could help someone break a tie in their mind when shopping.

I tried these at the range recently along with the i500, (neither club was in my Spec). I got slightly better numbers with the 500`s and preferred the way it looked, but the i210 Sounded softer and the shot grouping was closer. A friend over from Spain also tried them both (a committed PING fan) and Ordered the i210 there and then. Some how muggings has to get them over to Spain when they are
