Wrong tip. Choosing hdr and 4k 60 will convert videos to high efficiency which aren't supported by insta. Thus quality will be reduced when uploaded on insta. Best recommendation is to shoot at 4k 30 and compress it to 1080 before uploading on insta

Wrong information selecting 4k 60 fps or selection the HDR feature automatically select the high efficiency format.

Thanks for the video. I have the problem that the videos in my camera roll look fantastic yet making a reel or story with them Instagram makes them look all cloudy. Have checked all the settings multiple times and there seems to be no reason why the app would do that

What about Videos that are already on your camera roll? I have a lot of problems with that. i mostly share musicvideos and they get blurry really often no matter what i try.

Instagram does not support 4K. Once you uploaded to Instagram it will only get compressed to low resolution and the video will look terrible 😞
Especially if you want to add music to your videos..

HELLO DAN! I followed your directions to attempt to upload a 9 minute video from my PC that was edited and exported using the Adobe Premier 2022 settings for Instagram, but it would not upload!!
I instead how to cut and export the video into 9 individual clips that Instagram would upload! What did I do wrong and is really possible to upload up to a 60 min video to Instagram?

Check out the quality of your film from another account. When I upload the video, from my account it looks amazing, but after switching to another account looks bad as always 😑

the issue i have is when i upload my videos onto my story its in good quality however when i go to post it on my highlights its great but it alters my previous videos that are also on my highlights (which was previously good quality until i posted more after it) so i dont understand what i’m doing wrong because i specifically selected for insta to put it in the highest quality but if i put it on my highlights it fucks with the previous videos quality for some odd reason
