The new 2022 Hightower see some spec changes but otherwise still stands out as one of the most versatile bikes out there, the VPP suspension makes it a high performing bike with a high price to match. Trek bikes and Specialized definitely have to worry about this option, as bike price go up and people get used to spending more, Santa Cruz becomes more of a viable options and one that makes sense.
