A little fresh shredded parmigiana on top and some fresh crusty bread with butter for dipping in your hand…perfect meal!! So, so good! I haven’t made lentil soup with spinach before but this is my new recipe to follow! Unfortunately I don’t have a bay tree so have to use dry leaves. Thank you for time with Nonna and Nonno today!

Thank you for being a really good grandson by sharing your amazing grandma and grandpa with us. Your nonna does not look a day over 45! She is quite amazing and your Nono same… truly incredible people. For a gal who doesn’t have grandparents of parents anymore, I wish I had made videos like you do! My grandma made the world’s best latkes and Matzo balls.. having said that.. iPhones didn’t exist then and video cameras were like bucks. Good for you!
