On October 2, 2014 Dennis Sivak piloted the Mud Duck on Floats just a few days after flying at Marlow Anderson R/C Field. The plane had floats installed and a larger 150 motor replaced the 91.
Weather permitting, Lake Sawyer Hawks fly float planes on the south end of Lake Washington (Seattle, WA) at the Ferdinand Boat Launch Site every Thursday, except major holidays, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Lake Sawyer Hawks also fly fuel and gasoline powered aircraft, helicopters and electric powered planes OVER 79 dB, but UNDER 89 dB sound level on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Marlow Anderson R/C Field. Electric and Glider aircraft UNDER 79 dB sound level fly Sunrise to Sunset 7 days a week.
