This is pretty accurate. If Michael and Trevor both attack Leon at once; they have a slim chance of winning. If they have their abilities, then they could MAYBE win extreme diff. If not, Leon dog walks.
Same can be said for Arthur and John. (We’ll throw in Dutch also) Without their dead eye, Leon wins. But assuming they had dead eye, the three of them could win High-Extreme diff. I know some Leon fanboys are gonna exaggerate and be like, “Nah bro Leon beats them negative diff 💀💀💀" and "But he dodged lasers, dead eye wont work". Arthur and Johns dead eye can track moving enemies, while the lasers that Leon dodged couldnt.
