Bro its wholesome when moms take interest in gaming. My mom knows nothing about computers and would often ask for help when using youtube but she used to always sit down and watch me play apex or whenever i watch streams on the tv. She would always ask stuff about the game and would hype me up during intense moments. Miss you, mom.

I just watched a video on the history of RuneScape and apparently one of the best players of RS classic and early RS2 was a mom who started playing after her kids, and wanted to be better than them. I think her username was TKS or something similar, it's her initials. She was the actual top player for a very long time (best overall skill levels), and also had one of those late 90s personal websites to chronicle her weight loss journey! She seemed very cool. Unfortunately she lost her username during a break when the company started allowing players to take inactive usernames and they couldn't get it back for her so she never started playing again after a break.

My mom used to play Tekken 2-4 when they first came out. She picked up Nidhogg while I was in High School and actually beat a couple streamers on stream. I was so proud.
